When you sign up for “Our Newsletter” we ask for your email address, which we store in order to send you information periodically. Our mailing list is confidential. We do not sell it or make it available to advertisers or any other third parties, and we do not use it to solicit contributions. You may unsubscribe from “Our Newsletter” at any time; in such a case, your email address is automatically deleted from our records.

Your confidential information does not include information we had or knew before you contacted us, information made public through no wrongful act of ours, information that we receive legally from other sources, information which you give us prior permission to disclose, or information which we use for our accounts and to manage our business.

For details about when we collect information, what we collect, and how we use it, see Privacy Policy Details.

We will not disclose your confidential information to anyone else without your prior consent with two exceptions. (1) In the event of your incapacity or death, we may share your information with the person(s) responsible for managing your affairs. (2) If we are required by law, regulation, or court order to disclose any of your information, we will notify you in writing beforehand (unless prohibited by law) to give you the opportunity to seek an appropriate remedy.

We will notify you as soon as possible if we discover any unauthorized use or disclosure of your confidential information originating from our website.

If you request it, we will delete any or all of your confidential information that we have stored as soon as practically possible. The only exception to this policy is that for tax accountability purposes, we must retain purchase records for seven years.
